1 Oz London dry gin
.375 Oz Coconut water syrup
.375 Oz Lemongrass syrup
.75 Oz fresh lime juice

Combined ingredients over a bed of mint in a tall glass. Pack with crushed ice and swizzle.

Garnish with rosemary and peychuad’s bitters

2 Oz Cósmico Anjeo Cristalino tequila
.25 Oz amontillado sherry
.25 Oz clove Pilloncio syrup
2 dashes mole biters
1 dash fig leaf bitters

​

Combine and stir on large ice cube.

Garnish with orange zest and flames cinnamon.
